Critical! Wednesday, 5/25/22 update: Potential Weather Delays in Memphis and Indy
Although the FedEx system is flowing well so far this week, there is much potential for severe weather later today and through the night in many areas from the Gulf Coast to the Great Lakes.
And with Memorial Day weekend coming up (adding to risks if there are delays) we are not recommending shipping today and will not be offering insurance today.
However, if you do ship, be mindful of the weather at both the shipping origin and the destination- not only for tomorrow but the day after- and package in anticipation of delays, just in case!
REMEMBER: FedEx has ZERO liability on live shipments, and they will not issue any refunds on live packages that are late, lost, damaged, or DOA. Our On-Time and Live Arrival Insurance is the only way to protect yourself in the event of a late, lost, or DOA shipment! If you ship without purchasing insurance, you do so entirely at your own risk and financial liability!
Thank you for your understanding and support - we will do all we can to get your shipments moving as quickly as possible!

Warning! HOLIDAY NOTICE AND WARNING - Memorial Day – FedEx and our office will be closed Monday, May 31st in observance of Memorial Day.
DO NOT SHIP THIS THURSDAY, MAY 26th
Please note that if you ship out this Thursday, 5/26, and your package is delayed, it will most likely not deliver until Tuesday, 5/31 at the earliest.
Shipping can resume on Tuesday, May 31st. However, we won’t have insurance available for Tuesday’s shipments, since it will be such a heavily shipped day (due to Memorial Day sale items and because there won’t be any shipping on Monday).
Tues 5/31 basically becomes what Monday typically is (heavy volume/no Insurance) and we will assess shipments and weather on Wed morning in order to make a decision regarding Wed insurance.
